How does it work?

Due to the ever-changing nature of the gaming world where policies and rules have to change constantly, complications due to fraud and scam attempts by a few users are increasing by the day. Disputes and Mediation
If a dispute arises, the first user to raise a complaint will be the one required to provide screenshot evidence to support his or her claim, and it’s usually the buyer. The seller will be required to provide counter-evidence to support his or her claim; if the seller doesn’t have one and agrees to the dispute, he or she can accept the dispute, and the buyer will get a refund. If the dispute cannot get settled, then it will escalate to our Mediation Team who will ultimately decide the winner of the case based on evidence submitted and factual considerations based on our system logs. As a seller, one of the primary things to consider is that payments will only be released after the buyer has fully confirmed from their end. If there are disputes during the transition, all of your disbursements will get paused, and you will be required to address the issue to ensure the buyer gets a working game account, or an amenable in-game item or currency amount. Once this finishes, your disbursements will be back on track. As a buyer, upon receiving your order, you are given a maximum of 72 hours to either Accept the order or Dispute it. Accepting closes the order and allows the seller to get his payment while Disputing it lets Team PlayerAuctions know that there is an issue so that the seller can sort it out for you. For game accounts, you also have the option to purchase an after-sale protection package, provided that you can prove that the seller reclaimed the account, buyers are guaranteed a refund.
