No Rest for the Wicked How to Respecc
No Rest for the Wicked features a variety of builds, which can vary in efficiency depending on which boss you are fighting. Many players become tempted to swap mid-game whenever they encounter new weapons or find their current build is not working for them. However, it isn’t clear how gamers can reroll from one setup to another, so many are asking whether they can respecc in the game.

All No Rest for the Wicked Stats
Like any ARPG, players are given the points to invest in their character’s stats whenever they level up. These attributes determine which weapons you can use and how well they will scale with your build. Players have been cautious about using their stat points, so they can use the guns they want without any problems. Here are all the stats in No Rest for the Wicked:
- Health – increases your HP and the amount of damage you can take.
- Stamina – increases your energy which you use for weapon combos and dodging.
- Strength – allows you to use Strength-based weapons.
- Dexterity – allows you to use Dexterity-based weapons.
- Intelligence – allows you to use Intelligence-based weapons.
- Faith – will enable you to use Faith-based weapons.
- Focus – increase your capabilities for using more powerful rune attacks.
- Equip Load – increases your weight limit, allowing you to carry more items and equip heavier sets.
Players invest most of their points in Health or Stamina during the game’s early stages. However, as you progress, you need to hold on to these resources so you will only accidentally waste them on your attributes required.
How to Respecc in No Rest for the Wicked
Unfortunately for players, we are still waiting for us to respecc or reroll our stats. We cannot change our builds or setups once we have invested our points. You have to be careful about when and how you invest your points. Most players sandbag all their resources until they finalize which weapons they want to use.
The only way to work around the current situation is to research which weapons and builds you want to use. We have a list of all Legendary weapons, which will also feature their stat requirements. Knowing what attributes they need can help you decide which ones to invest in.
A general rule is to invest some of your items in Health and Stamina. Focus is something you want to put points on only when you have runes available. You can also guess what stats to gravitate towards depending on your playstyle. If you prefer fighting closely with a sturdy build, Strength sets will be the best ones. If you want mobile and long-ranged attacks, Dexterity would be your best choice. If you wish to do magic casting, it’s Intelligence for you.
However, you should note that some weapons require investing in two stats. Some staves and two-handed weapons require you to put some points into either Strength + Intelligence or Strength + Faith. Before you lock in, it’s best to research the state requirements for weapons.
If you don’t enjoy your current build and want to reroll, the only option is to start a new session. It’s best to have multiple runs active so you can swap back and forth between builds. The devs will likely introduce a respecc feature later in future updates.
