Dragon Age: The Veilguard — How to Get Mass Effect’s N7 Day Armor
Dragon Age: The Veilguard has added a new armor cosmetic to celebrate Mass Effect’s N7 Day. This fake holiday is celebrated every November 7 by BioWare. The celebration refers to the special forces rank held by several of Mass Effect’s protagonists.
How to Get the N7 Armor
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to get the N7 Armor:
- You’ll need to update to the latest patch to get the N7 Armor in the game.
- Once updated, you’ll find a chest next to the Caretaker in Lighthouse.
- The chest will appear after you complete Lace Harding’s “The Singing Blade” quest.
- If you’ve already completed the mission, the chest will be available the next time you visit the Lighthouse.
When you open the chest, you’ll receive a note from Harding, and here are the items you’ll get:
- Commander Helmet
- Specter of Battles Past
- Paragon of Leadership
The items you get are two armor cosmetics and one helmet. They won’t have any stats, despite looking like armor. You can equip them by going to Rook’s room and using the transmog function. This way, you can still rep your love for Mass Effect while keeping the stats of the best armor you have.
The item’s names also give a nod to Mass Effect. The Command Helmet refers to the Mass Effect’s protagonist, Commander Shepard. The Specter of Battles Past refers to Commander Shepard being a Specter agent in the first Mass Effect game. The Paragon of Leadership is a nod to Mass Effect’s Paragon points earned for doing good actions.
The N7 Armor will only be available on November 7, and there are no updates on when it’ll return. If you’re a fan of Mass Effect, grab it while you still can!
