Fortnite Debuts Baseball Legend Shohei Ohtani in Their Icon Series
Fortnite has revealed the latest addition to its Icon Series. Shohei Ohtani steps up to the plate to enter the Battle Royale Map. Here’s everything you need to know about the Fortnite x Shohei Ohtani collab.

Fortnite X Shohei Ohtani Skins
Fortnite will be getting a Shohei Ohtani Outfit Bundle. The outfit will feature the Dodgers jersey and come in three Styles: white for home, gray for away, and a LEGO Style for LEGO Fortnite. The bundle includes a Decoy Back Bling, a bobblehead based on his pet dog, and a Trusty Two-Way Pickaxe based on a pitching machine.

Aside from the outfit, a Samurai Ohtani is also coming. The outfit has samurai armor with a fiery effect. It comes with a Samurai Screamer Back Bling and a Baseball Katana Pickaxe. Two emotes will also be coming to the game. The Doggy Dingers Emote, where the Decoy bobblehead throws you balls to hit, and the Hey Batter Batter Emote, where you do Shohei’s “magic wand” routine and positive energy appears.
Fortnite x Shohei Ohtani Event
The collaboration also includes a limited-time event with the Shohei Ohtani Cup. The event is a solo battle royale tournament, and the top player of each region will get the Samurai Shohei Outfit early. If you want to participate, the tournament begins on March 15.

Release Date
The new Shohei Ohtani Outfits will come to the store on March 17. You can participate in the Shohei Ohtani Cup to get one of the outfits earlier. If you’re a fan of Ohtani or find the outfits cool, you can grab them in the store when they release!
