Black Ops 6 New Zombies Map Citadelle des Morts and Big Updates
Black Ops 6 is giving players an all-new map with Citadelle des Morts. This new map is scheduled to be released as part of the Season 1 Reloaded update on December 5. Not only that, but the game is also bringing back a fan-favorite perk and getting a massive update for the Zombies mode. Here’s everything we can expect in the coming update.

New Black Ops 6 Zombie Map Citadelle des Morts
The new map is based on Avalon and has existed since the medieval ages. It’s seen multiple sieges and world wars and became the headquarters of the Syndicate. The team’s mission here is to find and deal with Franco while also handling zombies. Here’s the crew and operator roster for this map:

The main description we got for Citadelle Des Morts is that it’s as big as Terminus but more compact and has tight spaces. It’ll be huge, so players should be ready for long treks through the Medieval landscape. The new map will also introduce a new, unique enemy called Doppleghasts, which are violent and have erratic movements, making them a fast and agile enemy to come up against. Fortunately, we’re also getting a new type of Claymore sword for the melee called the Bastard Sword. This item can be upgraded into a wonder weapon to gain elemental bonuses. New Field Upgrade Tesla Storm
The Tesla Storm lets players generate electricity around them, which can tether with teammates. Its power and range increase depending on how many allies are connected, and the surge can stun and damage all enemies. It’s one of the more co-op-oriented upgrades coming in this update.
Life Mend Ammo Mod
Life Mend is an ammo mod that lets you summon a glyph that heals. The conjuration follows you around while low on HP to ensure your survival. This one is good for both co-op and solo plays.
Vulture Raid Perk
Vulture Raid is one of the best perks from Black Ops 2 because of how useful it is in multiple instances. It enables zombie kills to drop ammo and activates green smoke you can use as camouflage. This perk will receive new augments that will be revealed once it goes live.
New Gobblegums
We’re also getting three new gobblegums that feature varying effects. Each comes in different rarities and is very useful in various situations. Here are the new gobblegums in BO6 Zombies Mode:
- Powder Keg (Rare)
- Time Out (Ultra)
- Holiday Cheer (Whimsical)
