Complete Diablo 4 Season 5 Boss Loot Table
Diablo 4 Season 5 is well underway, and while there are new mechanics for us to explore, everyone is still focusing on farming Uniques and Mythic Uniques. Several changes to the Tormented Uber Bosses and drop rates made it a bit easier for us to get these powerful items, so we should be able to target farm-specific sets that are much more accessible. Knowing which bosses drop the appropriate Unique items for your class will help you manage your time and resources more efficiently.

All Uber Bosses with Unique Drops
While Uniques have a chance of dropping in other content, most of us would prefer farming Uber Bosses to increase our chances of getting good rewards. Gamers can fight seven specific enemies to target and farm certain unique drops, and you will need specific materials to summon them. Here are all the bosses and how to bring them to the field:
- Lord Zir, The Dark Master
- Normal: 9 Exquisite Blood
- Tormented Version: 27 Exquisite Blood and 1 Stygian Blood
- Echo of Varshan
- Normal: 2 or 5 Malignant Heart
- Tormented Version: 15 Malignant Heart and 1 Stygian Stone
- Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint
- Normal: 5 Living Steel

Tormented versions are much stronger than normal ones, so you need to be better equipped before fighting them. Season 5 has already adjusted the loot table for each boss so that you can target farm specific ones.

Aside from Andariel and Duriel, all other bosses can drop Mythic Unique Items, but these two have the highest drop rates. If you’re looking for these drops, it’s best to focus on these two bosses specifically. However, the loot percentage for all these items is now the same if you face any Tormented Boss.
Fortunately, recent Season 5 changes increased our chances of getting these drops by doing the Tormented versions of Andariel and Duriel. Even other bosses have increased drops in their Tormented form, so we need to farm Stygian Shards to maximize our chances of getting these Mythic Uniques.
Tormented Boss Drop Changes
Season 5 increased the drop rates of Tormented Bosses to give us Mythic Uniques to 7.5%. While the actual drop chance is 1.5%, bosses have five chances to provide us with a Mythic Unique item, hence the 7.5%. In addition, Tormented versions now only require 1 Stygian Shard instead of two, which means we can summon these enemies more times. You should be able to get at least one Mythic Unique after farming 13 to 14 Tormented Bosses.
How to Farm Stygian Stones
Previously, this resource had a drop chance from higher-tier pit runs and Infernal Hordes. We found that Season 5 has made the loot percentage for Stygian Stones more consistent for Tier 7 and above. Aside from these, you can also get these shards from the Reputation Track and the last few chapters of the Season Journey. If you want to farm Stygian Stones, we advise players to focus more on the Infernal Hordes Tier 7+.
How to Craft Mythic Uniques
We must remind players that they can always craft the Mythic Uniques they need by crafting them with Resplendent Spark. This is a scarce resource usually obtained from dismantling Mythic Unique items, but you can also get it from the Reputation Track. Killing Uber Lilith and clearing each Tormented Boss for the first time also reward this resource. However, disassembly becomes the best option to farm Resplendent Spark due to the increased probability and frequency of getting Mythic Uniques. You don’t have to worry about these items being too rare, so you can extract what you need from them, especially if you get the ones that aren’t appropriate for your class.
