Multiple players have already reported that their paid cosmetics have disappeared from their collections, and they have exhausted all player-side fixes. In a Reddit thread, the user advises the community to stop buying anything from the battle pass or the in-game premium shop to avoid inconvenience.

Many in the thread shared similar experiences about BP gear and other paid cosmetics disappearing from their armory. This issue has been going on for quite a while, yet there hasn’t been a way to resolve it. It seems that Blizzard barely acknowledges this issue since it may cost them money to announce it officially.
Most of those in the thread have reported that they still haven’t obtained their lost cosmetics. It’s also been reported that emotes, especially those from previous battle passes, have also been affected. The most affected cosmetics are from Season 3 BP and the shop.
What is Blizzard’s Response?
Despite the seriousness of this issue, Blizzard has barely done anything to address it. In the same thread, players have shared that they have mostly received AI-generated automatic responses. Some have also claimed that their tickets have been prematurely terminated without being resolved. It seems that Blizzard doesn’t have any idea how to resolve the matter or have any care at all.
