Fishing on Luma Island can be frustrating if you don’t know where to fish and what bait to use. Fortunately, this list will provide you with all the currently known Fishing locations, which can help when looking for certain drops. With these locations in hand, you can easily find the right spot to do your business and focus on the mini-game. Here are the locations of all the fish and what bait to use for them.

All Fish Location
Each area on Luma Island has around three fish you can see and catch. However, there is also one additional underclassed water creature that you can fish out. Each of them will require a specific type of bait, so make sure you bring the appropriate one. Here are the locations of the fish and their preferred bait:
The Town
- Penny Herring
- Fished from two docks west of the Town
- Preferred Bait: Copper-Bait and Caterpillar
- Silver Snapper
- Fished from: Bodies of water south of the Town
- Preferred Bait: Copper-Bait and Caterpillar
- Gilded Bass
- Fished from: At the mouths of the river running at the center of the Town
- Preferred Bait: Copper-Bait and Caterpillar
- Jellyfish (underclass)
- Fished from: Any body of water in the Town
- Preferred Bait: Copper-Bait and Caterpillar
- Shrimp (underclass)
- Fished from: Ground near bodies of water in the Town

The Forest
- Barkfin
- Fished from the pond on the left of the Forest and along the river
- Preferred Bait: Iron-Bait and Grasshopper
- Ironjaw Pike
- Fished from the pond in the middle of the Forest and the pond connected to the river
- Preferred Bait: Iron-Bait and Grasshopper
- Moss Darter
- Fished from: the bodies of water at the eastern edge of the Forest
- Preferred Bait: Iron-Bait and Grasshopper

The Mountain

- Fished from bodies of water at the southwestern side of the Mountain

- Fished from: Pond at the northwest part of the Mountain and most of the bodies of water at the east part of the map

- Fished from: the small pond at the southeast of the center of the map

- Squid (underclass)
- Fished from: Any Body of water in the Mountain
- Preferred Bait: Moonstone-Bait and Earthworm
- Crab (underclass)
- Fished from: Ground near bodies of water in the Mountain

The Jungle
- Bladefin
- Fished from: Ponds on the west and most of the bodies of water at the south of the Jungle
- Preferred Bait: Dragonfly
- Raging Marlin
- Fished from: Bodies of water North and East of the Jungle
- Preferred Bait: Dragonfly
- Octopus (underclass)
- Fished from: Any Body of water in the Mountain
- Preferred Bait: Dragonfly
- Lobster (underclass)
- Fished from: Any Body of water in the Jungle
- Preferred Bait: Use Net
Note: Underclassed fishes are invisible, so you must blindly throw your bait at designated locations.
Tips for Fishing
- Most fish are visible except the underclass ones. You might be in the wrong place if you’re looking for a specific fish and can’t spot one in your current location.
- Throw your bait as close to the fish you’re trying to catch.
