Persona 3 Reload How Romance Works
Players will gain access to Persona 3 Reload romantic options through consistent interactions with specific characters. It should be noted that not everyone can be romanced, so you can only be mushy with certain people. However, it would help if you unlocked their associated Social Links before you can start flirting with them.
You can only engage in romantic relationships with female characters in Persona 3 Reload. Upon reaching certain milestone ranks, players can ask them to be their girlfriend. Chihiro Fushimi Romance Option

Yukari is one of the first people you meet and add to your S.E.E.S. team, but her romance option won’t be available until later in the game. Aside from getting a high Social Link Rank, it would help if you had a level 6 Charm to open the Yukari Romance option. Once you’ve set yourself on this path, you will experience scenes and situations where you help Yukari overcome her fears and become a better person.
You must max out Yukari’s S-Link to open the romance option, so you must interact with her as much as possible. You can find her in classroom 2F every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Make sure to visit her every chance you get.
Mitsuru Kirijo Romance Option

Aside from maxing out her social link, players must cap their academic stats to the Genius rank. After attaining this status, Mitsuru will recognize your potential and be willing to engage in a budding relationship with you. You can interact with her every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at the entrance of the Faculty Office. Things will start getting interesting after reaching Rank 6, wherein she will start showing her more vulnerable side.
Fuuka Yamagishi Romance Option

Fuuka is an introverted but courageous member of the S.E.E.S. team and is one of your strongest support characters. She is one of the kindest people in the game and the most resilient, shaped by years of bullying. If you want to pursue a relationship with her, you will be on the path of discovery, support, and inner strength.
To open up her romance option, you must have a Badass rank in the Courage stats and have progressed through the Fortune Social Link. You must ensure your relationship level with her is at least seven by interacting with her every Monday, Friday, and Saturday near the bathroom on the second floor of Gekkoukan High School.
Aigis Romance Option

Aigis might be an awkward choice for Romance since she is a robot, but she has one of the most meaningful interactions in the game. She has no other requirement to open up her Romance Option aside from interacting with her on January 8th in Classroom 2F. Afterward, you need to max out your social link with her.
You can start getting intimate with Aigis upon reaching rank 7 in her social link. To do this, you must keep interacting with her every day (except Sundays). Eventually, she will show her human side as she falls in love with you. The Romance Option with Aigis also has one of the most intimate scenes in the game.
Yuko Nishikawa Romance Option

Yuko has one of the most complex romance options because you may overlook the potential relationship with her. She is the team manager of the athletics club and is known for kindness and dedication. She is one of the very first characters in the game that you can start laying the groundwork for Romance.
You must accompany her during her walk home in the game’s early stages to kick it off. Her Social Link is quite complex because it requires you to do multiple things, like joining the track team and practicing with her. She has one of the cutest interactions with you once you become a couple because her bubbly and lively attitude leads her to blush during intimate moments.
Special Romance Option – Elizabeth
Elizabeth has the most unique romance option because she does not have a Social Link for you to work on. Instead, you must complete all her side quests dubbed “Elizabeth’s Request.” You can do this whenever you interact with her in the Velvet Room. You cannot track this progression, so you must keep doing the missions until the option to take her out on a date appears. Taking her out for a few hours will reveal more about her life.
