All Rise of the Rōnin 100 Cats Location Guide

You can find and pet up to 100 Cats in Rise of the Rōnin, and finding them will unlock an achievement. Fortunately, these collectibles are not story-locked, so you can always try completing this after finishing the story. This guide will show you the locations of each cat in Rise of the Rōnin.

All 100 Cats Locations

There are several cat types scattered throughout each region. However, you should be wary of the Calico-type because they tend to run away when approached. You’ll need to sneak up on them to get near them.

Cat #4	Orange	Yamate	Close to a rock on the beach near the entrance to the Public Order area.

Cat #6	Black	Ishikawa	Inside a hut in the westernmost part of the region.
Cat #7	Brown	Yamashita	On the Eastern side of the region, inside a building with a Trader merchant.
Cat #8	Black	Motomachi	The Southwestern side of the region. It’s a black cat.
Cat #9	Orange	Honcho	Can be found at the top of the Landmark tower
Cat #10	Calico	Honcho	Found inside a building along the main intersection at the center of the area.
Cat #11	Orange	Honcho	End the Zonohana Pier.
Cat #12	Calico	Miyozaki	In the center section of the area, it is surrounded by water. It’s inside a building.

Cat #14	Orange	Bashamichi	The northwest side of the region in some grass.
Cat #15	Grey & White	Bashamichi	On top of a building before the northwestern bridge
Cat #16	White	Yoshida-Shinden	The southwestern side of the region, on top of the building. You can access it via a rope dangling at the back.
Cat #17	Calico	Yoshida-Shinden	In the hamlet of the southern part of the region’s center. The cat is lying on a blue pillow.
Cat #18	Grey & White	Yoshida-Shinden	The northernmost tip of the region, inside some grass in front of a house.

Cat #20	Grey & White	Maita	On top of the hill on the northeastern side of the area. The cat is resting on a broken scaffolding along the cliffs.

Cat #23	White	Ota	On the southwestern side of the area on the roof of one of the houses along the water.

Cat #26	Calico	Tobe	At the Northern center side of the area on a watchtower’s rooftop.

Cat #28	Orange	Noge	On the western side of the area inside one of the buildings
Cat #29	White	Hiranuma-Shinden	In the village near the center of the area

Main Region 2 – Edo

Cat #49	Orange	Shiba	At the eastern part of the map on a rock with a view of the sea.
Cat #50	Orange	Akasaka	Inside the house in front of the Veiled Edge Banner by the Kaishu Katsu’s Estate.
