- How to Unlock: Obtained at the start of the game.
Sweatshop
The Sweatshop is the first property you move into. It’s bigger than the Motel Room and will help you expand your illegal business.
- Cost: $800
- How to Unlock: Unlocks after Uncle Nelson tells you to get a bigger place.
Bungalow

- Cost: $6,000
- How to Unlock: Buy from Ray’s Realty.
The Barn
The Barn is the second property you can buy from Ray’s Realty. It has 2 loading bays and a 10-employee limit. Since it’s located in a rural area, it’s easy to hide from the cops. Meanwhile, having 2 loading bays and 10 employees will help you produce more products.
- Cost: $25,000
- How to Unlock: Buy from Ray’s Realty.
The Docks Warehouse
The Docks Warehouse is the property you need when you’ve made it big in the drug business. It’s a high-end industrial space with 2 loading bays and a 10-employee limit. With a bigger space compared to the Barn, it’s a go-to property for high-volume drug production. The only downside is that you’ll need an external water source.
- Cost: $50,000
- How to Unlock: Buy from Ray’s Realty.
