All WWE 2k25 New Features

WWE 2k25 brought in some new game modes and features to spice things up from 2k24. This year’s entry has proven to be one of the best among all other WWE games, including new features like intergender matches, the arrival of The Bloodline, and more content for you to enjoy.

The Island

Players now get access to The Island for next-gen consoles. Within this WWE-themed world, you can complete quests, take on challenges, compete in live events, and upgrade and customize your very own wrestler. In the end, fight for your spot next to “The Original Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns at the Head of the Table.

The Bloodline Storyline

With the arrival of The Bloodline family, players get to relive some of their most iconic moments in wrestling history. This new story features Roman Reigns, The Rock, Yokozuna, Jacob Fatu, and more, allowing players to experience these moments firsthand or change the course of wrestling history.

Intergender Matches

After many years, intergender matches have finally made their way to WWE 2k25. Players can now set the men’s and women’s divisions against each other throughout every game mode. These new features come with the return of chain wrestling, barricade diving, and more.

MyGM Multiplayer

Clash with your friends with your drafted line-up against theirs for WWE 2k25. This mode now supports up to four players. You can assign a list of your favorite WWE Legends and Superstars and manage your own brand with a bigger selection of General Managers, cross-brand PLEs, and more.

Sandbox

WWE 2K’s sandbox mode has been given many updates to give players control over their Universe, including the return of Promos. The new system includes multiple promo types and outcomes with new cutscenes and branching choices.

MyRISE

You can create two different Superstars from both the women’s or men’s divisions in a singular multi-gender original storyline where Bayley, Kevin Owens, and other Superstars infiltrate NXT in an attempt to take control of the entire WWE universe. Your own Superstar now gets to decide the fate of the WWE, whether to save it or conquer it. This mode also has unlockable content that rewards repeat runs.

Expanded Superstar Roster

WWE 2K25 has the largest roster with over 300+ wrestlers from RAW, SmackDown, NXT, Legends, and Hall of Famers. 2k25’s roster spans multiple generations and features Seth Rollins, Undertaker, “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Jade Cargill, Rhea Ripley, and more.
