It had fans speculating about the possibility of Trailer 2 or the game coming out at the start of 2025, neither of which happened. GTA VI Release Date
The only confirmed information is the release window. The developers, Take Two, announced that GTA VI will be released in Fall 2025, after the initial release window of May 2025 was moved due to delays. After the Fall 2025 announcement, billions of dollars were moved from Fiscal Year 24 (April 2024 to April 2025) to Fiscal Year 25 (April 2025 to April 2026). Since none of that happened in 2024, the game will stick to the announced release window.
