Persona 3 Reload monthly guide: December to January
We are now reaching the final stretch of Persona 3’s story, and surprisingly, there’s a lot of free time to be had in these months since most of your Social Links and personality stat requirements should be done at this point. The SEES member hangouts should also be finished by this month, since completing them will grant you passive bonuses in combat whenever they’re in your party.
The rest of your free time should be spent on grinding in Tartarus for more levels and items and fusing whatever endgame Personas you need to beat the final boss. While there should be a couple of remaining Social Links in December, like Fuuka, Mitsuru, and Aigis, by the time you reach January, you won’t have any more obligations and you’re free to do whatever you want. As the final two months of the game, there will be heavy spoilers to the ending of the game, so be warned if you haven’t reached these months yet. December Daily Schedule
Starting on December 1, continue with Mitsuru’s Social Link storyline. Then, head to Tartarus to quickly save two missing persons, Katsue Sugi and Tomoyuki Itami. Itami can be found between Floors 173 and 178, and Sugi can be found between Floors 194 and 197. On December 2, there will be a full moon but no Operation. For now, spend some time with Odagiri and go gardening with Junpei in the evening. On December 3, Ryoji will stop by the dorm and where you’ll make a decision that will affect the game’s ending at the end of the month. Tonight, spend your free time however you want.
On the 4th, spend time with Fuuka and at night, speak to Elizabeth to receive her request for a Christmas present. Go to Iwatodai Strip Mall and find a man on the second floor. He will give you the present needed for her request. Return to the dorm to brush Koromaru. On the 5th, continue with Fuuka then head to the dorm computer for the dating site to further boost Fuuka’s Social Link points. On the 6th, finish Hayase’s Social Link by hanging out with him on this day. Spend time with Koromaru tonight to unlock one of his party boosts. On the 7th, go out with Mitsuru and use the dating site again for more points with Fuuka. Continue hanging out with Mitsuru on the 8th and walk Koromaru tonight. Do whatever you want on the 9th and hang out with Mitsuru again.
On December 10, go out with Mitsuru, then ascend to Floor 212 in Tartarus tonight. On the 11th, Mitsuru again and more free time tonight. On the 12th, talk to the same person, but hang out with Akihiko during the evening. On the 13th, use a stat-boosting program on the dorm computer and join a group study session with Fuuka and Yukari.
The final exams will occur from December 14 to 18, so consult the classroom answers list for all the correct items.
On December 19, go out with Fuuka and push up to Floor 225 in Tartarus. On the 20th, head to Naganaki Shrine to draw a fortune for Fuuka’s Social Link and continue grinding in Tartarus for the night. On the 21st, go with Fuuka, then Mitsuru. On the 22nd, another set of missing persons will be announced, but today, it’s the reverse of December 21.
December 23 is a holiday, meaning you can head to Naganki Shrine for another Fuuka fortune. Tonight, rescue the two missing persons, Yumiko Sasamaki and Nobuko Fukuchi. You will find them between Floors 204 and 211, and Floors 219 and 224, respectively. On December 24, you can spend Christmas Eve with one of your romantic interests. On the 25th, hang out with Odagiri one last time to finish his Social Link and spend the night with Yukari for her next party boost. On the 26th, max out Fuuka’s Social Link and then hang out with Akihiko for his characteristic boost. Winter break will start on the 27th, so pass the time in the morning and then hang out with Ken tonight.
You have more free time on the 28th but you should hang out with Junpei tonight. On the 29th, you have more free time for both periods, so it’s up to you how you want to pass the time. Aigis will return to the dorm on the 30th. Tonight, grind as much as you can in Tartarus to prepare for tomorrow’s most important day and the month after.
On December 31, New Year’s Eve, Ryoji will give you an ultimatum. Before passing the time, you should make a save right here, as this is the point of no return. He will ask you to kill him and forget everything, ending the game right there. You can also choose to spare him and push forward to January. If you spare him, this will lead to the best ending in the game.

January Daily Schedule
The final month in the game. You have the entire 30 days to prepare for the upcoming battle with Nyx, the final boss in the game. This schedule, however, provides an optimal way to get ready for the endgame, as there are a couple more Social Links to finish and some party characteristics to unlock. When advised to “pass the time,” this means doing anything productive to fund your power on Tartarus, like working at Chagall Cafe for extra cash, computer programs for health or SP buffs, and the arcade games for Persona stat bumps.
Starting on January 1, you will go through the New Year’s celebration event, which skips the day phase. Hang out with Ken tonight, as his characteristics haven’t been unlocked yet. On January 2, pass the time. Tonight, push further to Floor 236 in Tartarus. On the 3rd, pass the time, then hang out with Ken one last time for his passive SP gain buff. On the 4th, pass the time, tonight, head to Floor 241. On January 5, hang out with Koromaru and fight towards Floor 252. On the 6th, spend time with Koromaru and Aigis. Pass the time on the 7th, then head to Floor 256.
January 8th will unlock AIgis’ Social Link of the Aeon Arcana. Hang out with her today to initiate the storyline. Tonight, watch some TV with Ken for another unlock of his characteristics. On the 9th, finish up Mitsuru’s Social Link and clear up the bonus Monad Passage in Tartarus. On the 10th, pass the time then read with Mitsuru. On the 11th, pass the time again, but tonight, try to beat The Reaper in Tartarus. For the 12th, hang out with Keisuke and go night gardening with Fuuka. On the 13th, hang out with Keisuke, then head to Club Escapade to fight Takaya as a bonus scene. Interact with Keisuke again on the 14th, but feel free to pass the time during the evening.
On January 15, hang out with Aigis, then head to Tartarus tonight to save two more people: Mitsutoshi Okimoto and Fumika Teramoto. You can find them on Floors 231 to 235 and on Floors 248 to 252. On the 16th, go out with Aigis again and do some gardening with Junpei for his critical chance boost. Return to Naganaki Shrine for an Aigis fortune drawing on January 17, then garden with her in the evening. On the 18th, go with Aigis, then Junpei. On the 19th, hang out with Keisuke and head to Tartarus for another farming session.
On January 20, spend time with Keisuke again and hang out with Aigis at the dorm for her physical boost characteristic. On the 21st, be with same person again and pass the time tonight. On the 22nd, hang out with Aigis and pass the time. Follow the same routine on the 23rd. On the 24th, pass until the evening, then hang out with Mitsuru for another characteristic unlock. On the 25th, hang out with Koromaru, then pass the time.
On January 26th, you should finally complete the Art Club storyline with Keisuke. You should have one more Social Link with Aigis until you have all of them and just in time for the final day. Tonight, hang out with Junpei for his last characteristic. On the 27th, hang out with Aigis, and use the dating site in the dorm computer for more points with her. Follow the same routine again on the 28th and 29th.
On January 20, you will finally max out Aigis’ Social Link and be able to obtain all endgame Personas from each Arcana. Use the item you gained from her to fuse for your new Aeon Persona and grind as much as possible in Tartarus before tomorrow’s big day.
Finally, on January 31, get every item, gear, and Persona for the final encounter with Nyx. Do whatever activity you want to pass the time until the Dark Hour arrives. Once you’ve completed this encounter, congratulations! You’ve officially beaten Persona 3: Reload.
