Schedule 1 Pawnshop Location: Exchange Items for Cash
The Schedule 1 update brought in some new buildings and services to Hyland Point, including the highly-anticipated Pawnshop, which finally lets you sell unwanted items for cash. We’ll provide you with the location of the Pawnshop and how haggling there works.

Pawnshop Map Location
You can find the Pawnshop south of the Docks region on the map. The nearest landmark is the Warehouse, with the Pawnshop just west of the building. Another route to the Pawnshop is to start at the Motel and then cross the road south to reach it. Speak to Mick, the Pawnshop owner, to pawn off the items you want to sell.
The Pawnshop only accepts cash for all payments, so be sure to have some on hand.
How to Haggle in the Pawnshop
Once you get an item appraised by Mick, you’ll need to negotiate with him about how much it’s actually worth. This part is tricky as there’s a high and low price range. The starting price will usually be slightly higher than the lowest value, but it could still be too low for you to make a profit. On the other hand, if your haggled price is too high, Mick will become aggressive and start attacking you.
To get a good deal, start by asking Mick for the highest limit on the price. This makes getting more than half of the price easier to get. If his temper bar’s almost full, take the offer and try again. The best price is always more than 50% of the lowest value.
Note: Mick will not accept drugs for appraisal, so only bring regular items.
