All Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon All-Mother Shrine Locations
In Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, the All-Mother is a religious figure. People in Avalon will pray to her for protection and guidance, especially with the Red Plague’s return. Some receive physical gifts when making an offering to the All-Mother. Players can approach any of the All-Mother Shrines to receive gifts as well. All All-Mother Shrine Locations
Locating the All-Mother Shrines can be easy if they’re near Fast Travel Spots. Each Shrine will have a different requirement for offerings, which the guide will also delve into. Here are all the All-Mother Shrine locations.
All-Mother Shrine Locations #1
The first All-Mother Shrine is located on the beach southeast of the Horns of the South region. The All-Mother Shrine is inside a ruin. The Shrine doesn’t indicate which items to offer or the blessings it provides, unlike the other shrines. To find what you need to make an offering, you’ll need to head outside the ruins. Look for a camp with a dead body. Loot it, and you’ll get the Letter to Aleous. The letter will contain the necessary items for the offering.
Offerings
After reading the letter, you’ll need to find a Sage, a Feather, and a Rose. Here’s where you can find them.
- Sage: You can find it all over the Horns of the South. Look for them on cliffs and trees.
- Feathers: Most feathers can be picked up from dungeons, but if not, you can look for them along the beach near the Shrine.
- Rose: You can find them around the Keeper’s Garrison and the Ruined Market Square.
Reward
Once you find all the items, approach the All-Mother Shrine and interact with it. You’ll receive the All-Mother’s Mercy Amulet that can revive you with full health when equipped, but the amulet will break as a result. If you don’t want to use it, you can sell it for 200 Gold.
All-Mother Shrine Locations #2
The second All-Mother Shrine is also located in the Horns of the South region, in the middle of ruins northeast of the Abandoned Village. Interacting with the Shrine will get you a scene with a spirit, Kendall, that will give you the Best Friends Forever side quest. You’ll need to complete it before you can make an offering to the Shrine.
To complete the side quest, you’ll need to go behind the Shrine and use the shovel to dig up Kendall’s skull and bring it back to Bern, who is fishing at the village behind the keep. Talk to him, and you’ll have three dialogue options. Two will provide more information about the side quest’s story, and one will progress the quest. Choose the dialogue that gives Berg Kendall’s Skull.
A new option will appear, giving you the choice to either have Bern take the skull or not give it to him. Whichever choice you choose, you’ll progress the quest. Head back to the Shrine and talk to Kendall, completing the side quest.
Offerings
Completing the side quest will allow you to make an offering to the All-Mother Shrine. The items you need for the offering are a Mandrake, a Raspberry, and a Rosemary. Here’s how to find them.
- Mandrake: Head to the beach where you first washed up on the Horns of the South. Swim across the small island off the shore. Find Ò Cuinn Cinnamonsage and talk to him until he gives you access to his shop. He sells 12 mandrakes for 4 Gold each.
- Raspberry: You can find them on bushes north of the Horns of the South Keep. They’re located along the walls.
- Rosemary: It can be found across the Horns of the South. They grow next to rocks, cliffs, homes, and the keep. Ò Cuinn Cinnamonsage also sells them.
Reward
After finding all the items and making an offering to the All-Mother Shrine, you’ll receive another All-Mother’s Mercy Amulet.
All-Mother Shrine Locations #3
The third All-Mother Shrine is located north of the Horns of the South region. You can find the Shrine in ruins that are northwest of the bridge leading to the Ancient Cromlech.
Offerings
The items you need for the offering aren’t hard to find. You’ll need to offer Burdock Root, a Bone, and Monster’s blood. Here’s how to find them.
- Burdock Root: It can be found outside houses all over the Horn of the South. You can find them near cliffs, trees, and ruins.
- Bones: They can be acquired by defeating skeletal Undead. You can also find them at the Forgotten Cemetery.
- Monster’s Blood: You can acquire the blood from defeating any monster-type enemy. Drowners are the easiest to obtain from.
Reward
After interacting with the All-Mother Shrine and giving the offering, you are given another All-Mother’s Mercy Amulet. If you acquire all three Amulets, you can get a special item from the All-Mother’s Temple.
True All-Mother Amulet Guide
After gathering all three All-Mother Amulets, you can acquire the True All-Mother Amulet. You’ll need to go to the All-Mother’s Temple located in the Dál Riata village northeast of the Horn of the South region.
The village will initially be blocked off, but it can be accessible if you progress in the Shadow of the Horn main quest. After entering the village, interact with Mabyn to prove yourself, which will allow you to enter the All-Mother’s Temple.
Enter the temple and go through the second room on the right, where you’ll need to defeat a Berserker before you interact with the All-Mother Shrine inside. Interact with it, and you’ll only need the three All-Mother Mercy Amulets. They’ll combine and become the True All-Mother Amulet.
The True All-Mother Amulet will have the same effect, where you revive with 100 health, before breaking. Aside from the same effects as the other amulets, it’ll give you an extra 35 permanent health points.
