V Rising: How To Get Tailor Flooring

Setting up the right floor types in your castle in V Rising can lead to some helpful buffs for your crafting stations. For example, getting the Tailor’s Flooring will make your Tailoring Bench, Leatherworking Station, Tannery, and Loom produce resources faster, while costing less raw Leather and Cloth to craft related items. Here’s how you can unlock and craft the Tailor’s Flooring to spruce up your castle.
Unlocking The Study
First, you’ll need to get a Study to randomly research blueprints for weapons, armor, potions, and furniture. To unlock this structure, you must beat Maja the Dark Savant in The Forbidden Tower, just northeast of the Dunley Farmlands.
This station costs 20 Scrolls, 8 Reinforced Planks, and 8 Cloth to craft it.
Researching and Crafting Tailor Flooring
The easiest way to get this recipe is to find the Rural Book Merchant and buy it with Silver Coins. You’ll need to obtain the Human Form to enter Dunley Farmer’s Market without provoking everyone. The Tailor’s Flooring costs 64 Silver Coins for his stock.
Alternatively, you can instead research the floor by spending Scrolls on the Study if you don’t have the coin. Each research costs 75 Scrolls, but the chances of getting this floor type are entirely RNG-based. You’ll need to spend 2850 Scrolls at max to know all Tier 2 recipes.
Once you’ve unlocked the recipe, it will cost 4 Planks and 2 Cloth to make one tile of Tailor Flooring.. As a bonus, your Tailoring Bench, Leatherworking Station, Tannery, and Loom will gain a +25% processing speed and -25% crafting resource cost.
