Everything We Know So Far About Valorant’s New Agent 27
Valorant has been teasing their new Agent coming to the game for a while. With every teaser Valorant released, fans are excited for the new Episode and Agent. Here’s everything we know about Valorant’s new Agent 27 to keep you updated.

Battle Pass Teaser
The first teaser players got of Agent 27 was the player card “Striking Distance” in the Battle Pass of Episode 9 Act III. Usually, the card features a hint about the Agent’s abilities and aesthetics.

First Sneak Peek
On December 9, 2024, Valorant’s X page posted a sneak peek of their new Agent coming to Episode 10, Act 1. The sneak peek showed the Agent enjoying coffee and a Columbian flatbread called Arepa. After enjoying his drink and food, we see the Agent grab his glasses and head to the back of the aircraft. He takes a deep breath and jumps down the plane with style. It was later confirmed that the new Agent is from Columbia and will fill the Initiator role in the game.

Countdown Teasers
After the sneak peek at the start of December, teasers were released. They featured snippets from what seems to be Agent 27’s cinematic trailer, with each teaser counting down starting from four to one in Spanish.
The first teaser shows Chamber and, presumably, Agent 27 running out of a corridor.

The second teaser features one of Agent 27’s abilities: his arm guards shoot out a beam. He may perhaps be an agent who uses gadgets to support him, such as Sova, Killjoy, and Cypher.

The third teaser shows, presumably, Agent 27’s hand detonating bombs in a row. This might hint at the Agent’s other abilities.

The final teaser shows Agent 27 overlooking the city. It could be a city in Columbia or Valorant teasing another map.

Release Trailer
Given the countdown teaser’s ending, Agent 27 or the Episode 10 trailer will come out on January 6, 2025. So be on the lookout as Valorant starts the new year with a new Episode and a new Initiator to cause chaos in future matches.
