What is the Valorant’s Rank Rollback (RR Refund)
As mentioned, Rank Rollbacks are a way for players to regain their RR when they’re against a cheater in ranked matches. The game will confirm if the match had a cheater, and the players involved will be notified. That’s when players will be eligible for an RR Refund. Currently, the Ranked Rollbacks are only for players who were in games with a confirmed cheater; there’s no update if players misbehaving, such as throwing the match, can also count for the refund.
How to Use Valorant’s Rank Rollback (RR Refund)
If you ever encounter a cheater in your ranked matches, here’s what to look for if you’re eligible for a Rank Rollback (RR Refund).
- The game will notify you about the exact amount of RR being refunded.
- You’ll need to complete one Competitive Match.
- Once completed, your RR Refund will be shown in the End-of-Game Summary. Whether you lost or won the match, the refund is added to your total RR.
One thing to note about the Ranked Rollbacks is that they are only valid for the current Act. So, if you qualify for a refund, play before the Act ends to claim it.
