Apex Legends Lifeline (Support)
Unlike other Battle Royale games, Apex Legends has a unique set of characters that have different kinds of personalities, one of which is the Apex Legends Lifeline. Lifeline has some of the best support abilities in the game. When you consider the fact that she is the only medic of the current set of Apex Legends characters, you can expect to see her on a lot of teams.
Abilities and Playstyle
- Passive ability (Combat Medic): This skill puts up a huge shield whenever she’s reviving a knocked down teammate, which she also does faster compared to other characters in the game. It can mean the difference between losing a whole team and getting everyone back in the fight.
- Active skill (D.O.C. Heal Drone): is just as useful. You can use it to save teammates or yourself from using any medkits with your healing drone. Drone of Compassion (DOC) automatically heals those near it over time, so anyone standing close to it gets their health restored. A word to the wise: Be careful when summoning it, though, because even opponents can make use of your healing drone!
- Ultimate ability (Care Package), calls in a drop full of high-quality defensive gear. Plus, you can use her ultimate anywhere you want! While the gear isn’t quite as good as the supply drops you get from the map, it’s still pretty solid all in all.
- Healing abilities: they are This is especially true during times of crisis, making it easier to revive downed teammates and get them back up to their former strength in the middle of a firefight. Because of that, it’s best to keep her at a safe distance from the team, just enough to not leave yourself vulnerable. Unlike other supports, she lacks any other offensive abilities, so you’ll want to be careful about the fights you get into.
In a Nutshell
The Apex Legends Lifeline is a great support character, but her lack of offensive capabilities makes her a go-to target for enemy teams, since taking her out can make it tougher for squads to recover. As such, if you’re playing as her, its better keep your distance.
