Apex Legends Prowler Burst DPW (SMG)
in those tricky situations (especially on the early stages). Its uniqueness comes with the “burst” of five shots every time you press the trigger button. As a result, it has no option to shoot a single bullet with this type of weapon making it hard to be accurate with it. In contrast, the Apex Legends Prowler has the highest damage in the group of SMGs. Furthermore, the Prowler has lots of options to improve its efficacy with some modifications and make it deadlier.
- Maximum body damage: 14 (21 Head Damage). Due to its ability to “burst” five rounds each time you want to shoot this weapon, it may affect your accuracy due to the recoil. Try to aim the middle of your enemy’s body and hope that every bullet does its work.
- Attachments: Extended Heavy Mag, Standard Stock, Selectfire Reciever, 1x Holo, 1x Digital Threat, 1x-2x Variable Hole, 1x HCOG Classic, 2x HCOG Bruiser, 3x HCOG Ranger, 2x-4x Variable AOG. With all those options to improve this submachine gun, you can always improve its effectiveness in the arena. If you’re able to obtain the “Selectfire Reciever” modification, you’ll have the option to go fully automatic fire with the Prowler.
- Ammo type: Heavy Rounds. No need to worry about this type of ammo; you can easily find large amounts on the battlefield. In other words, let all the bullets fly to their targets as soon as possible.
- Preferred range: Short, Mid (with attachments). If you’re able to move closer to your enemies, a couple of bursts can give you lots of advantages. Besides, if you’re capable of obtaining the right attachments, this weapon has the potential to become deadly even in Midrange.
The Apex Legends Prowler has some peculiar characteristics that let it stand out from the rest of the Submachine Guns. It’s probably hard to master, but once you have it all settled, it won’t be too much troublesome in the future. Just remember to land your “bursts” every time and hunt for the best attachments.
