Escape From Tarkov Prapor Quests

Escape from Tarkov’s primary loot source is raiding, but you can also trade with some NPCs and use the Flea Market to supplement it. However, Traders have a limited stock of items to buy, so they don’t seem a worthy investment at first glance.

Their primary use is quests, which can expand their stock and reward you with rare loot. Here are the ones Prapor will give and their rewards.

Operational Quests

These are tasks usually given daily or weekly. Compared to the above quests, they’re much simpler to do. Examples are finding and handing over an item or eliminating enemies in specific locations. These will reward some items, currency, and EXP. Since they’re randomized, it’s possible to change the ones the Traders are offering at the cost of some Roubles and a hit to their Rep.

Additional Notes

Generally, if there’s a Part 1 but no Part 2 of a quest, the latter would be from a different Trader. Postman Pat, for example, has its first part with Prapor. The next one would be from the Therapist, and the quest ends there. Test Drive is one of a series with Grenadier and Shaking Up the Teller, though the designation implies there is a plan to have more than one of it.

Quests are a great way to farm Roubles if you can do them successfully. Failing at them can up the costs you need to replace lost equipment, so weigh the risks and rewards.

Prapor’s quests are pretty important, as you can get the best secure container from him (barring ones from the expansion). Some guns and ammo also become available to buy or barter when you do specific quests. There’s no reason to skip them!
