This PoE 3.16 build is a solid tank that is capable of starting the league without any investment. This is a build that will not disappoint. Exsanguinate clears maps effortlessly. The tank Champion ascendency provides more than enough defensiveness to complete the game deathless. 

Pros and Cons

Pros: 

• Very Tanky
• Insane amounts of Armour
• Simple to start
• Smooth leveling experience and decent map clear
