Aloy is around 18-20 in her original games’ universe (18-19 in HZD, 19-20 in HFW). As her appearance in Genshin Impact is a promotion for Horizon Forbidden West, her descriptions and stories imply she has finished her first adventure. It was never stated how long it took her, but we can assume she did everything in a year, give or take a few months. That means when she landed in Teyvat, she would be about 19.
